1. Failure to have a separate and distinct drug and alcohol company policy for safety sensitive employees
2. Failure to inform Land, Sea & Air of quarterly employee updates and when an employee is terminated.
3. Failure to understand the process that must occur if an employee tests positive or has an adulterated or substituted specimen
4. Failure to explain the drug and alcohol testing regulations to the affected employees
5. Employing an individual in a safety sensitive position before receiving the results of a pre-employment test.
