Land Sea and Air Medical Review Specialists has
implemented instant result drug testing under the direction of Long Island
Medical Care Services and it’s medical director Arnold D. Panzer.

This new service will be available for all companies beginning
July 15, 2005. This new service will make a drug test result available in 15
minutes. Both negative & Non-negative result’s can be reported to the
company within 30 minutes. A positive result will be sent out for confirmation
of the drug metabolite the same day. This result will then be forwarded to
company as a final report. This service is presently not available for DOT
testing. |

We will be using The Profile-IIA onsite Testing Device
manufactured by Medtox Labs has been FDA approved for 10 Years. This was the
first FDA approved Onsite Testing Device. This device can be confirmed at
MedTox labs for positive screenings and will have a custody and control form
available. Land Sea and Air Medical Review Specialists will utilize this device
for instant result testing services. |

Land Sea and Air Medical Review Specialist residing at 910 Route
109 North Lindenhurst, NY 11757 will become a satellite Lab facility for Long
Island Medical Care Services. Land Sea and Air Medical Review Specialists will
continue sending blood work to Long Island Medical Care Services as specific
testing is needed. |
