We are expanding our services to help you establish your anti-drug and alcohol misuse program and update your plan to meet the revisions and amendments in Regulations 49 CFR 40.  We now have a form available on our web site for you to complete and forward to us.  This will inform us which services you wish us to perform for your company to provide an anti-drug and alcohol misuse program. Our hours for physicals have changed.  Please make sure all employees are informed of the new hours. Important information for all companies that have drivers performing the following functions: School bus drivers driving under 19A NY State regulations that drive on an intrastate and interstate level. Bus drivers that perform driving under Federal DOT regulations as well as school bus driving functions under 19A NY State regulations. Land, Sea & Air is now offering to perform pre-employment searches for your safety sensitive employees as required by the changes in Regulation 49 CFR 40.   Click above for more information.

Please remember, appointments should be made for physicals, so we can get your employees examined and back to work as fast as possible.   Random and pre-employment drug screens can be seen at any time during our regular business hours.  Please make sure you send each employee in with a voucher at the time of his/her appointment. Please contact us to set up an appointment.  You can decrease your waiting time if you have a scheduled appointment.
