In 2009, Land, Sea & Air Medical Review Specialist, Consulting & Testing was established to provide all the services pertaining to drug and alcohol testing and consulting services. Land, Sea & Air Medical Review Specialist, P.C. would continue providing services related to medical exams, immunizations, and other medical services.
As of January 1, 2016, Paul Perez became President and owner of Land, Sea & Air Consulting & Testing, Inc. Dr. Arnold D. Panzer M.D. will continue as the MRO for Land, Sea & Air Consulting & Testing Inc. Dr. Jodie Sher-Pirro D.O. has joined our staff as assistant MRO.
Mr. Paul Perez will transition to a family run business, and he has brought on Savannah V. Perez, Austin P. Perez and Dakota T. Perez. They will be handling drug testing functions, moving forward and hope to have many more decades of service to our clients. Thank you for many years of patronage.

In Feb 2024 Julie Cincotta, NP (Nurse
Practioner) has purchased Land Sea & Air Medical Review Specialist's and renamed the practice Land Sea, Air NP in Family health. She will continue to build our impeccable reputation as the premier third-party provider for all local transportation and occupational needs.
Dr. Arnold D. Panzer will temporarily assist with the transition. Paul Perez will continue
with management oversight of the Medical Practice, while continuing to run his drug testing practice.
